Just like you, we felt that more and more finding our seasonal home away from home here in beautiful La Ventana & El Sargento has gotten time-consuming, messy and pricey.

With the Airbnb fees rising in prices, and a completely overloaded Facebook page with endless listings, scrolling through listings from years back, messaging tons of people via Facebook to find out more details, get more pictures, ask for a monthly or seasonal …

Then the idea came, of creating a beautiful platform for our Baja Community, where the OWNERS benefit with fewer commissions to their Airbnb listings or struggling with showcasing their space nicely on Facebook within the other chaos, and where WE benefit from finding our home away from home for the season, or for a few months, with ease and having a great overview of what is on the market, and in our price range.

We hope to create with this platform a bit more ease for the rental search and a place to make planning our stay more exciting and in flow.
